Not at present. You can only use the built in measurements which include
items, cups, fl-oz, lb (pounds), oz, Kg, g, tbsp, tsp, L, ml etc. This
is to ensure that SoftCuisine can correctly convert quantities between
different units.
If you have a measurement which is not in the list then you can select
the "Unspecified" quantity ("-") and include the
unit within the Ingredient field.
We may review this feature in future versions of the Software.
